Badges of Ashe handed out pencils to our students in the county during the Back to School Blast event at the Ashe County Sheriff's Office. Hope our students and families have a wonderful Back to School Experience this year!
Sheriff Phil Howell created Rooftop Cops in September 2021 as a fundraising event in partnership with Hardees and Badges of Ashe to ease the financial burden of families dealing with cancer treatments.
Badges of Ashe participated in the event during the Ashe County Sheriff's Office County Wide Trick or Treating event on Halloween. We enjoyed seeing the faces of the community and we even received a few donations while we were there!
Shop with a cop is a fun filled annual event that makes sure kids get a memorable Christmas. Kids are paired with a Local Law Enforcement Officer for a trip to Walmart for items they need and want. The Program is possible through community donations and a grant from Walmart
Condor is the K-9 Badges of Ashe was able to help acquire with the help of a very generous gift of a local donors in our community.
Community Support is key in the continuation of safety and security for all that live and pass-through Ashe County and in the growth our K9 program.
In 2024 we added a new event to our fundraising efforts. Badges of Ashe hosted the first annual Classic Car Show at the Ashe County Courthouse.
